Our customer portal allows your end customers to independently manage their contract-related and personal data. Additionally, they gain detailed insights into their energy consumption and feed-in volumes, their personal CO₂ savings and their participation in the energy community. These comprehensive visualizations enhance understanding and strengthen customer engagement.
Your customers can track their energy consumption and feed-in volumes, view their CO₂ savings and access their personal and contract-related data. These features provide full control and transparency over their energy usage.
For customers with a dynamic tariff, the price development of day-ahead market prices is visually displayed.
Our customer portal can be accessed via any standard web browser and is also available as a mobile app after initial installation. This provides an optimal combination of a responsive website and mobile app, offering your customers a convenient and flexible user experience.
The customer portal can be quickly and easily adapted to match your corporate design. Thanks to its modular structure, you can expand your tariff offerings with a branded customer portal at minimal setup costs.
With our customer portal, you reduce manual effort in support. Your customers can handle many requests independently via the portal, increasing satisfaction and reducing the workload on your customer service team.
Automated processes and a user-friendly interface ensure that your customers can quickly find and manage important information. This leads to faster and smoother customer service.
By providing on-demand access to personalized data and energy information, your customers feel better informed and valued. This fosters long-term customer relationships and increases satisfaction.

Regionah provides customers with regional green electricity using the Lumenaza SaaS-Platform
Regionah Energie is a green energy provider from southern Germany, passionately committed to a citizen-driven energy transition. The company focuses on local generation, personal engagement with customers and a strong regional identity.
HYCUBE enhances customer value with Lumenaza's SaaS-Software for aggregation and dynamic electricity tariffs
Hycube Technologies GmbH specializes in the development and production of battery storage systems that feature an integrated Home Energy Management System (HEMS) for the efficient control of photovoltaic systems, battery storage and consumers. With these solutions, HYCUBE supports private households and businesses in optimizing their energy consumption and contributing to the energy transition.
Electricity of clear origin is local, green energy whose source is verified through our direct contracts with the plant owners. Often, the electricity purchased via green electricity tariffs is green only on paper; for example, if it comes from Norwegian hydropower plants, it has no real impact on the energy transition in the region. Lumenaza offers the opportunity to purchase genuinely green electricity from the community, giving consumers the certainty that it is produced locally. Consumers clearly understand where the electricity comes from, and because the distance between producer and consumer is short, the grid is less burdened.
In the energy sector, flexibilities refer to the ability to respond to fluctuations in the energy market in order to balance differences between electricity generation and consumption. One example of how such differences can occur is a solar power system that generates energy based on sunlight hours rather than the times when electricity is needed. Flexibilities help balance these differences between supply and demand and therefore stabilize the electricity grid. Flexibilities can be utilized, for instance, by using software to coordinate energy demand over time. This kind of targeted control is known as demand side response.
Demand side response (DSR), also known as demand side management (DSM), refers to the targeted control of energy demand—such as electricity consumption. Instead of generating more electricity during short periods of particularly high demand, energy consumption can be managed intelligently with the help of DSR. For example, a supermarket’s frozen food sections can be switched off briefly, or energy-intensive factories can shift their production to a time when the power grid is less heavily loaded.
